Lavender essential oil is a classic in aromatherapy and belongs in every medicine cabinet. It has a balancing, calming, and relaxing effect on the skin and mind. It is used to promote sleep, especially mildly, including in children. As a first-aid oil, it is used for many acute, minor emergencies, such as sunburn, burns, itching, and insect bites.

Usage
Facial care: add a maximum of 12 drops to 50 ml of organic nourishing oil.
Diffuser: Start with 5 to 7 drops per 200 ml. You can add more or less and adjust the dosage to your personal preference.
Warnings
Do not use undiluted. Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Highly flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking.
