Cardamom is a spice plant that thrives in the humid mountain forests of India and Sri Lanka at elevations of between 750 and 1000 meters. Cardamom is a perennial plant up to 4 meters tall with large, lance-shaped leaves and camphor-like fragrant fruits that are harvested from October to December. It is one of the oldest spices in the world. In naturopathy, it is used for digestive and urinary problems and for oral hygiene. In cooking, the fruit capsules and seeds are used in curry spices, chai tea, Arabic mocha, Christmas cookies, and liqueurs.

Usage
Facial care: add a maximum of 10 drops to 50 ml of organic nourishing oil.
Diffuser: Start with 5 to 7 drops per 200 ml. You can add more or less and adjust the dosage to your personal preference.
Warnings
Do not use undiluted. Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Highly flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking.
