Hyssop is an ancient spice plant, a perennial herb native to the Mediterranean and Asia. Hyssop grows up to 60 cm tall. Like many labiate plants, it is a bee pasture. Hyssop is used as a spice and is an ingredient in the herbal liqueur Chartreuse. In naturopathy, it is used for colds and digestive problems.

Usage
