The Arve is an evergreen conifer native to the Alps. The stone pine can grow up to 25 meters tall and live for 1,000 years. Its wood has an intense aroma and is used for furniture and carving. Swiss stone pine is used in naturopathy for colds and muscle aches, and to improve air quality.

Usage
Facial care: add a maximum of 10 drops to 50 ml of organic nourishing oil.
Diffuser: Start with 5 to 7 drops per 200 ml. You can add more or less and adjust the dosage to your personal preference.
Warnings
Do not use undiluted. Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Highly flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking.
