Ingredients
Water, white grape juice (from concentrate), orange juice (from concentrate), mate tea extract (1.5%), guarana extract (1.5%), caffeine (0.5%), acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavourings, sweetener (cyclamate, acesulfame K, sucralose, saccharin).

Usage
It's recommended to take one ampoule one hour before starting exercise. For prolonged endurance exercise, it's recommended to take another ampoule after about 3 hours. Be sure not to exceed the daily dose. Want a boost during exercise without consuming extra carbohydrates?
