Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Dilute with a spoonful of honey or add to an herbal infusion.
Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml vegetable oil.
Naturally contains: d-limonene, linalool, citral, citronellol, eugenol, geraniol
Diffusing: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
