Usage
Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Dilute with a spoonful of honey or add to an herbal infusion.

Skin: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml vegetable oil.

Diffusing: 2 to 5 drops depending on your taste or the size of the room.
