Magnesium glycerophosphate, bulking agent: gum arabic, taurine, lemon balm extract (8.3%), ashwagandha extract (8.3%), milk protein hydrolyzate (6.2%), Baikal skullcap extract (2.5%), rice flour (Oryza sativa), fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, emulsifier: glycerol, thiamine HCl, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid; glucosamine salt, methylcobalamin.
Usage
2 x 1 tablet per day.
To be taken with a meal with some water.
