Usage
Oral: Take 1 drop twice a day with a spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion.
Skin: Massage bath: 5 - 10 drops per 10 ml vegetable oil.
Diffusing: 5 - 10 drops depending on your taste or the size of the room.
Warning:
Never apply undiluted to skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
