Usage
Take 1-3 tablespoons of 15 ml per day with a meal. Shake the bottle well before use. Perfect Balance is suitable for cold use up to 50 °C. This means you cannot use this oil for baking, stir-frying, or deep-frying. You can, for example, mix the oil with yogurt, fruit juice, and dressings, or add it to soup, pasta, and cooked vegetables. Any flaking, sediment, or colour difference is possible but natural.

Always store in the refrigerator. The oil can be stored for 6 weeks after opening. For longer shelf life, you can freeze the bottle of oil.
