Usage
Take 1-3 tablespoons (15 ml) daily with meals. Shake the bottle eight times before use. Perfect Balance is suitable for cold use up to 50°C. This means you cannot use this oil for frying, stir-frying, or deep-frying.
For example, you can mix the oil with yogurt, fruit juice, and dressings, or add it to soups, pastas, and cooked vegetables. Some flaking, sediment, or discoloration may occur, but this is natural.

Always store in the refrigerator.
The oil can be kept for 6 weeks after opening.
