Always follow the instructions on the package! 1. Heat 200 ml of breast milk/follow-on milk to a lukewarm temperature. Pour the milk into a bottle or a bowl. Please note: when prepared with breast milk, the porridge may become thin. 2. Add 3 tablespoons (+/- 12 grams) to the bottle or 6 tablespoons (+/- 25 grams) to the bowl. 3. Shake the bottle or stir well for a smooth porridge. 4. Let the porridge stand for 1-2 minutes after preparation for the correct consistency. Enjoy your meal!
