To open, press the lid. If it clicks, discard the contents. Stir the contents and transfer the desired amount to a plate using a plastic spoon. Microwave for approximately 30 seconds at 600W. Stir well again after heating and check the temperature.

After opening, keep unheated food covered in the refrigerator and serve within 24 hours.
