Cornmeal, high oleic sunflower oil (25%).

Usage
Remove the taco shells from the packaging and separate them.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius with forced air), gas mark 4. Place the taco shells open, end down, on a baking tray and heat for about 3 minutes.
Microwave: Place the taco shells on a microwave-safe plate and heat them for 60 seconds on full power (800 watts).
Fill the tacos with taco beef or chicken, top with lettuce, fresh salsa and cheddar, and top with spicy salsa.
