Disposable earplugs against harmful noise
Directions for use
Roll the earplug into a firm cylinder.
Pull the ear up to straighten the ear canal and insert the compressed earplug deeply with the other hand.
Hold the earplug in place until it has expanded and settled into a comfortable position.
If the earplug doesn't stay in place or falls out on its own, it probably doesn't fit the shape of your ear canal properly.
In that case, try a different model – for example, an ON-ear earplug made of wax or silicone.
