The bioavailability of organic magnesium forms (such as in NutriMagnesium) is better than that of inorganic forms (e.g., magnesium oxide). The glycerophosphate form is fat-soluble, and the bisglycinate form can be partially absorbed intact (without the action of digestive enzymes).
