Usage
After each meal, as needed (2 or 3 times a day), mix or blend 2 heaped tablespoons of Nutriforce Weight Gain into 1 glass (250ml) of chilled whole milk, yogurt, biogarde, or custard. For intensive sports, you can also do this after each workout. For more calories, you can also add extra honey or a mashed banana.
