Usage
After each meal, as needed (2 or 3 times a day), mix 2 heaped tablespoons of Nutriforce Weight Gain with 1 glass (250ml) of chilled whole milk, yogurt, Biogarde, or custard. During intense exercise, you can also do this after each workout. For more calories, you can also add extra honey or a mashed banana.
