Usage
Suggested Use: Apply 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily to chest, neck, face, breasts, palms of hands, and soles of feet.
How often: Menstruating women should use it on days 12-26 of their menstrual cycle. Non-menstruating women should use the cream three weeks on and one week off.
