Usage
Apply 1/8 to ¼ teaspoon twice daily to specific areas of the body such as the chest, throat, face, palms of the hands, or soles of the feet* unless otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
*Menstruating women use the cream on days 12-26 of their cycle.
Non-menstruating women use the product for 3 weeks with a week's break in between, after which the product can be used again for 3 weeks.
