In its natural state, colostrum is a fluid produced by the breasts of women and other mammals in the days before milk production itself begins.
It contains high levels of antibodies*, as well as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals.
The molecular structure of bovine colostrum is virtually identical to that of human colostrum.
