Composition per daily dose of 3 capsules:
Pro-Bioticum mixture 1500 mg
The Pro-Bioticum mixture contains 5 billion germs per capsule, composed of equal parts:
- Lactobacillus salvarius
- Lactobacillus casei
- Lactobacillus acidophilus
- Bifidobacterium lactis
- Lactococcus lactis

Ingredients
Probiotic blend, bulking agent (maltodextrin), FOS. The capsule is vegetarian and consists of vegetable fibres (cellulose derivatives).

Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, or 2-3 capsules once daily before meals. Preferably take with plenty of water, unless otherwise advised.
