Permanent Liquid and Neutralizer
Perm Solution: This product has superior curling power, is gentle, and doesn't make hair frizzy. After the treatment, hair is shiny, soft, and supple.
Ingredients (INCI)
Permanent fluid: Aqua, Ammonium Thioglycolate, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Ammonia, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Etidronic Acid, Polysorbate 20, Polyquaternium-6, Tetrasodium EDTA, Parfum, Limonene. Neutralizer: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, MEA-Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamide DEA, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Oxyquinoline Sulfate, Phosphoric Acid, Cetrimonium Chloride.
Usage
Perm: Shampoo and rinse your hair, then wind it into rollers. Moisten each roller with the perm solution. Leave it in for the specific processing time for the hair type being permed. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, pat excess water dry, and neutralize with Nouvelle Neutralizing Solution.
Neutralizer: Rinse the perm solution thoroughly with plenty of water and apply the neutralizer, roller by roller. Leave it on for 10 minutes, remove the rollers, and reapply the neutralizer. Leave it on for five minutes. Rinse thoroughly and apply a nourishing conditioner. Style as usual.
Storage advice
Keep out of reach of children. For professional use only. Store away from light and heat sources.
Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes. If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves. Contains thioglycolate and ammonia. Follow the instructions for use.
