Normaflor vaginal tablets
Normaflor promotes the growth of a normal vaginal flora and thereby creates an unfavourable environment for the development of pathogenic bacteria.
Use
Normaflor is used for the natural protection of the microflora of the vagina, by bringing and maintaining the acidity (pH) at a physiological level.
Directions for use
Daily, in the evening before going to sleep, insert 1 vaginal tablet deep into the vagina. It is best to do this while lying on your back with your knees bent. Take the vaginal tablet between your thumb and forefinger and insert it as deeply as possible. You can then use your middle finger to insert the tablet deeper into the vagina. The tablet may be lightly moistened with water just before use to facilitate insertion. Wash your hands before and after insertion. To ensure a long-term normalisation of the pH and vaginal flora, it is recommended to use Normaflor® for several weeks, especially if conditions contribute to a change in vaginal flora, for example during pregnancy. For women with recurring infections, it is recommended to insert 1 vaginal tablet per day for 6 days after menstruation each month. Normaflor® can be used without problems for several months. Warnings
The use of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) can affect certain biochemical values in the blood (lactate dehydrogenase, transaminases, bilirubin, glucosuria).
• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) can reduce the effectiveness of blood-thinning agents.
• Normaflor® can be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Storage advice
Store in a sealed and dry place.
