The main substances in cordyceps are cordycepin, cordyceps acids and polysaccharides.
Mushrooms are rich in vitamins (especially B vitamins) and minerals (especially potassium, phosphorus, copper, selenium and magnesium), as well as essential amino acids and fatty acids.
