5HTP, SAMe, Magnesium, Iron gluconate, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vegetarian capsule (pullulan).
Usage
Take 1 vegicap per day with a meal or between meals or just before going to bed with plenty of water.
Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers.
Do not use 5-HTP during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have Down syndrome, scleroderma, kidney or liver problems.
Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
