Menthe Piperita Oil.
Usage
External: Rub a few drops on sensitive areas of your skin.
Internal: Take a few drops with some water or on a cube of sugar.
Inhalation: Add a few drops to the enclosed inhaler for easier breathing.
Sauna use: Add 5 to 6 drops (as needed) to the ladle for a cooling effect.
Mouthwash and gargle: Add a few drops to a glass of warm water, stir and rinse your mouth for fresh breath.
During pregnancy, it is recommended to use the product externally only.
Not suitable for children under 4 years.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Storage instructions
Store at room temperature, in a dark, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
