Gluten free wholegrain oats (59%), sustainable palm oil, raisins (6%) (raisins, sunflower oil), dietary fibre (oligofructose), partly invert syrup, Lyle's Golden Syrup, apple puree pieces (3%) (apple puree concentrate, apple juice concentrate, pectin, tapioca starch, glycerine, rice flour, natural apple flavouring), brown sugar, tapioca starch, cinnamon, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), sea salt.
