Flaxseed, rice bran, molasses, nutritional yeast, sunflower seeds, ALFALFA (lupine), apple, carrot, SESAME, hesperidin from citrus fruits, licorice root, broccoli, parsley, cherries, barley sprouts, spirulina, nettle, kelp, vanilla, ginger, zinc, nicotinic acid (vitamin B3), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), sage, rosemary, garlic, yucca, riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine (vitamin B1), folic acid and cobalamin (vitamin B12). Furthermore, WHEAT STARCH (gluten), rice flour, malt dextrin, silicon, SOY LECITHIN, corn starch and unbleached SOY LECITHIN are added as excipients.
Usage
Take 2 or 3 tablespoons daily (optimal intake = 1 tablespoon per 20 kg body weight), for example, with yogurt or vegetable or fruit juice. Sprinkle it over salads or cereals, or use it as desired in combination with other products, such as our delicious Perfect Balance oil mix.
MegaFlax is generally suitable for everyone. We recommend half the dose for children.
