Ingredients
100% Acacia Senegal fibers.
Use
Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 10 grams) with a large glass of water. First add the Acacia fibers to the glass, then add water while stirring. Drink the glass empty and then drink another glass of water. Drink enough water throughout the day. The Acacia fibers can also be added to fruit juice, yogurt, a smoothie, or tea instead of water. Preferably take in the morning before meals. Any sediment is normal.
