Instructions for use

Dissolve 1 to 2 generous tablespoons (approx. 10-20 g) in 200 ml of water or a smoothie once a day.

Preferably take half an hour before a meal. Do not take simultaneously with medication. Allow at least 1-2 hours between taking medication.

Do not use in cases of existing liver conditions or bile duct disorders.

Turmeric can, in rare cases, cause liver problems. Consult your doctor if you experience jaundice or other unusual symptoms.
