The Mattisson Multi Man has been carefully formulated by an orthomolecular therapist to meet the nutritional needs of the average adult male. Ingredients

Usage
Take 2 capsules once daily in the morning with water during a meal. Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. Before using a vitamin K2 supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are also using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and phenprocoumon).
