Matcha is a green tea made from the young leaves of the Camellia sinensis tea plant. Usage
Whisk 1-2 tablespoons of Matcha powder with 60-70°C water until it forms a frothy green liquid. Never whisk for longer than 30 seconds to prevent the tea from becoming bitter. Or mix 1-2 tablespoons of Matcha Powder with fruit juice or a smoothie. Contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
