Organic Acacia Senegal fiber contains 83% soluble fiber, also called prebiotics.
Acacia fibers come from Acacia trees, which are native to Africa.
The sap from these trees is dried, creating a fiber powder. Each daily serving provides you with over 10 grams of soluble fiber.

100% Organic Acacia Senegal fibers.
Nutritional value
Usage
Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 10 grams) with a large glass of water.
First add the Acacia fibers to the glass and then add water while stirring.
Empty the glass and then drink another glass of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
The Acacia fibers can also be added to fruit juice, yogurt, a smoothie or tea instead of water.
Preferably take in the morning before a meal. Some sediment is normal.
This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
