Usage
Microwave
Place a cup of water in the microwave.
The water vapour prevents the seeds or kernels from drying out and promotes a longer shelf life.
Carefully place the pillow in the center of the turntable in your microwave. Always remove the rack from the microwave.
Set the microwave power to a maximum of 600W and heat the pillow for approx. 1 minute.
If the desired temperature has not yet been reached, extend the heating time in steps of 15 seconds.

Oven
Heat the heating pad in a fireproof dish with a lid in the middle of the oven at a maximum temperature of 130°C.
Heat the pillow for about 10 minutes.
Turn the pillow halfway through heating for even heating.

Warnings
Always allow the pillow to cool after use (at least 1 hour) before using it again.
Exceeding the preheat time or temperature setting will not result in longer heat output but may cause scorching and burning damage.
Never use a heating pad for inflammation, eczema, tumors or heart complaints.
