Instructions for use
Microwave Place a cup of water in the microwave. The water vapour prevents the seeds from drying out and promotes a longer lifespan. Carefully place the cushion in the centre of the turntable in your microwave. Always remove the grill from the microwave. Set the microwave power to a maximum of 600W and heat the cushion for approx. 1 minute. If the desired temperature has not yet been reached, extend the heating time in increments of 15 seconds. Oven Heat the heat cushion in a covered, ovenproof dish in the middle of the oven at a maximum temperature of 130°C. Heat the cushion for approximately 10 minutes. Turn the cushion over halfway through the heating time for even heating.

Warnings
Always allow the cushion to cool down after use (min 1 hour) before reusing it. Exceeding the heating time or temperature setting does not lead to longer heat emission, but can cause scorching and burn damage. Never use a heat cushion for inflammation, eczema, tumours, or heart problems.
