Directions for use
Microwave Place a cup of water in the microwave. The steam prevents the seeds from drying out and promotes a longer lifespan. Carefully place the pillow in the center of the turntable in your microwave. Always remove the rack from the microwave. Set the microwave power to a maximum of 600W and heat the pillow for approx. 1 minute. If the desired temperature has not yet been reached, extend the heating time in 15-second increments. Oven Heat the heat pillow in a fireproof dish with a lid in the middle of the oven at a maximum temperature of 130°C. Heat the pillow for about 10 minutes. Flip the pillow halfway through the time for even heating.
Warnings
Always allow the pillow to cool after use (min. 1 hour) before using it again. Exceeding the heating time or temperature setting does not lead to longer heat release but can cause scorching and fire damage. Never use a heat pillow for inflammation, eczema, tumors, and heart complaints.
