For optimal results, this comprehensive supplement with pre-digested guar gum (Sunfiber®) also provides an ideal breeding ground for intestinal flora, as well as 10 billion human intestinal flora bacteria of the Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM® strain per daily dose. Blonde psyllium or psyllium (Plantago ovata), finely ground seed pods, Hydrolyzed guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) (SUNFIBER®), Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM®.
Usage
Stir one heaped tablespoon (10 g) into a glass of water, fruit juice or vegetable juice twice a day and drink.
Preferably, drink another glass of water afterwards. For the desired effect, one heaped tablespoon a day is sufficient, or half a tablespoon twice a day.
Do not take at the same time as medication.
Storage instructions
Store well closed, dry and at room temperature.
