288 mg Milk Thistle Phytosome (SILIPHOS®),
with 115.2 mg silibin and
172.8 mg sunflower lecithin

19.5 mg Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol equivalents, 164% RI*,
provided by mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols;
no D,L-alpha tocopherol, nor D-alpha tocopherol

Ingredients
Emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), antioxidant (calcium phosphate), milk thistle extract (silybum marianum), mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols, rice bran extract (oryza sativa)

Usage
Maintenance dose: 1 to 2 capsules per day, to be taken with the main meals with a glass of water.

Intensive dose: 3 to 4 capsules per day, divided over the main meals.
