Cinnamomum aromaticum, Gymnema sylvestre, Morus alba, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), natural flavor (L-leucine), biotin, chromium picolinate.
Usage
2 capsules per day, to be taken with a glass of water, preferably during breakfast and dinner.
