Ingredients
Blonde psyllium or psyllium (Plantago ovata), finely ground seed pods, Coconut flour (Cocos nucifera), with 60% fiber, Hydrolyzed guar gum (Cyamoposis tetragonoloba) (SUNFIBER®), Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM®.
Usage
Stir a heaped tablespoon (10 grams) into a glass of water, fruit juice or vegetable juice twice a day and drink.
Preferably drink another glass of water afterwards.
For the desired effect, one heaped tablespoon per day or half a tablespoon twice a day is sufficient.
Do not take at the same time as medication.
Storage instructions
Store well closed, dry and at room temperature.
