Sedum roseum, capsule wall (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), rice starch, zinc bisglycinate (25% zinc), rice bran extract (Oryza sativa), Crocus sativus, emulsifier (glyceryl behenate), cholecalciferol 0.25%, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, calcium L-methyltetrahydrofolate, methylcobalamin.
Usage
Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably with breakfast and dinner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
