Phosphatidylcholine, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), capsule wall (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bamboo (Bambusa bambos), corn starch, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
Usage
1 to 2 capsules (maintenance dose) to 3 to 4 capsules (intensive dose) per day, to be taken spread over meals, with a glass of water.
Do not use in case of obstruction of the bile ducts.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time.

100 mg Curcumin, with 200 mg phosphatidylcholine.
