Creatine Platinum provides ultra-pure, micronized creatine monohydrate (Creavitalis), which, thanks to its extra-small microparticles and excellent solubility, ensures maximum absorption through the digestive system. Creatine Platinum has a very neutral taste.
Daily use of 1 scoop of Creatine Platinum, with 3 g pure creatine:

Usage
Intensive dose and/or building dose: 2 measuring spoons per day (= 6 g pure creatine), divided over 2 doses.
Maintenance dose: 1 scoop per day (= 3g pure creatine). In exceptional cases, a 5-day loading phase can be used with 20g of micronized creatine monohydrate daily (approximately 6 scoops, divided into 3 doses). Dissolve in a glass of water or a beverage of your choice and preferably consume during and/or near exercise.
