Strychnos potatorum, Cassia occientalis, Withania somnifera (ashwagandha), Licorice
Usage
Pour boiling water over a small amount of Raja's Cup powder (1 scoop or ¼ to ½ teaspoon per cup); use with or without a coffee filter, as desired. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Or boil it with water and milk for 1 to 2 minutes and strain. Sweeten to taste.
Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
Ashwagandha:
Caution when using thyroid medication.
