Magnesion Relax, a unique effervescent formula with natural magnesium.

Ingredients
Acidity regulator (citric acid), magnesium carbonate (marine), natural flavouring, sweetener (steviol glycoside), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.
Usage
Place the Magnesion® powder in a glass or cup and top up with 20–30 ml of warm or hot water. Let it fizz and stir until dissolved. Fill the rest of the glass/cup with 200 ml of hot water if you want to enjoy Magnesion as a hot drink, or with 200 ml of cold water if you simply want a refreshing drink. Individual needs may vary. For example, start with 2 grams (1 scoop) per day and gradually increase as needed to a maximum of 4 g (2 scoops) per day.
Magnesion® Therapy can be taken with or without meals. The dose can be taken all at once or divided into 2 to 3 doses throughout the day.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
