Usage
1. Roll the earplug into a tight, wrinkle-free roll with clean hands.
2. With the other hand, reach over the head and pull the ear back to create a straight ear canal.
3. Insert the earplug into the ear canal and hold it in place until it expands to a comfortable, secure fit.
Warnings
Incorrect use will reduce effectiveness, which may result in hearing loss or injury.
Remove the earplug slowly with a rotating motion to prevent breakage. Rapid removal may damage the eardrum.
