Usage
The sleep mask can be made longer or shorter with an elastic band to increase sleeping comfort.
Form the earplugs into a cylinder, and with your other hand, gently pull on the auricle to straighten the ear canal. Slide the cylinder into the ear canal and hold for a few seconds to allow it to expand. Make sure the earplugs are not slanted in the ear.
Warnings
Remove the earplugs with a gentle rotating motion so that you can get used to the pressure difference.
Keep out of reach of children.
For external use only.
