Sweet and savoury gluten-free organic pie dough mix
Ingredients
semi-wholemeal rice flour*, potato starch*, sorghum flour* (12%), cassava starch*, blond psyllium*, sea salt. *from organic farming.

Usage
Classic preparation:
200g pie dough mix, 1 egg, 2 to 3 tablespoons oil, 10 cl water.
Vegan preparation:
200g pie dough mix, vegetable yoghurt, 2 to 3 tablespoons oil, 10 cl water.
1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon until you obtain a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
3) Sprinkle some of the mixture onto baking paper and onto the dough ball, then roll out the dough and place cling film between the dough and the rolling pin to prevent sticking.
4) For ingredients with a high moisture content (zucchini, tomatoes), prick the pastry and pre-bake the tart for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Then add the remaining ingredients and bake for 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, add all the ingredients immediately (e.g., quiche) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
