Semi-wholemeal rice flour*, cassava starch*, sprouted buckwheat flour* (11.3%), light cane sugar*, tigernut flour*, baking powder* (potato starch*, potassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), acacia gum*. Recipe without corn. *from organic farming.

Ingredients to add (recipe for 7-8 pancakes):
Classic version: 150g pancake preparation, 1 egg, 100ml milk or vegetable drink.
Vegan version (texture and firmness guaranteed!): 150g pancake preparation, 150ml plant-based drink.
Preparation:
Using a ladle, ladle the batter into a previously unoiled pan. After a few minutes, bubbles will form on the surface of the pancake. Once the bubbles have formed and set, flip the pancake. Cook for another minute, then enjoy!
