Ma Vie Sans Mix for pizza bases gluten-free organic
Ingredients
White rice flour*, semi-skimmed rice flour*, cassava starch*, chickpea flour*, raising agent* (corn starch*, monopotassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), Mix"gum* (blond psyllium husk*, acacia gum*), dried and inactive sourdough from buckwheat* and quinoa* obtained by natural fermentation, sea salt. *from organic farming.

Usage
Makes 1 thin pizza (25 cm). Ingredients: 120 g Mix + 110 ml lukewarm water + 1/2 tablespoon olive oil + 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.
Mix the ingredients in the order listed above. Knead into a smooth dough. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin. This prevents the dough from sticking to the rolling pin. Before garnishing, pre-bake for 10 minutes in a 210°C oven. Then bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven.
