Usage
Per person, soak 75 grams of barley in 500 ml of water and herbs overnight. Bring the barley and water to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat until tender. Add salt to taste. Let it steep for 3 hours.
Save
Store in a cool (up to 20°C), dry place and well closed.
