Biodynamic goes a step further than organic: Demeter-certified farmers must meet extra-high standards. A German family business has been making freshly squeezed juices since 1936. They source their biodynamic grapes from biodynamic growers who work year after year to build a living soil from which they and future generations can harvest. The grapevines grow on their own. Deeply rooted in the open ground, they are naturally strong. Immediately after harvest, the sun-ripened fruit is pressed and bottled. The juice is not from concentrate and is briefly heated to extend its shelf life. Flavorful, full-bodied, and vital juices from close to nature. The juice from the Barbera grape gives the juice its deep red color and intense flavor. The Montepulciano grape is sweeter and ensures a balanced sweet-sour balance. The grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed, and processed without added sulfur.
